現(xiàn)將三大機操作流程圖引入班組監(jiān)控畫面，方便查找故障點，減少處理時間。

結合實際困難，提出思路并制作成流程圖。

Training is part of my job fight now,I am so happy to do it,specially when you share your story with your students,I feel great about it! 原變頻器的速度設定是通過PLC輸出高速和低速繼電器來控制。為了實現(xiàn)畫面可以輸入連續(xù)的控制速度來調節(jié)變頻器，達到節(jié)能效果，做此改造：PLC增加一個模擬量輸出模塊，輸出4-20mA控制變頻器速度，變頻器接受PLC輸出4—20mA來調節(jié)速度，變頻器修改參數(shù)接受4-20mA來調節(jié)速度。
我的職責
結合現(xiàn)場實際操作，改造系統(tǒng)，主要負責現(xiàn)場設備的拆、裝和程序調試
